The Spirit of God is looking for man. God longs for fellowship with man. Hence, the blueprint for Open Heaven Conference 2017 was conceived when the Holy Spirit impressed Pastor George Varughese to put together this event.

On 14/5/17 the Holy Spirit impressed Pastor George Varughese to extend the borders of the Open Heaven Conference staged on June 8, 2017 in Petaling Jaya Selangor, to the various parts of Malaysia constituting what God called it “The National Transformation Mandate” but for practical purposes he calls it the Open Heaven Tour Malaysia

Open Heaven Tour Malaysia: 

• is a movement to harness the fellowship of believers
• is a movement to usher God and God’s presence to invade the earth in the respective geographical location and beyond
• is a movement to teach believers the following:
  • (a) How to Activate Open Heaven
  • (b) How to Sustain Open Heaven; and
  • (c) The Principles of Living Under the Open Heaven
• is a platform to honour retired senior pastors in the given vicinity

The Holy Spirit impressed Pastor George Varughese to take the Open Heaven Conference to the following areas:

• Kedah
• Perak
• Pahang
• Johor
• Sabah
• Sarawak
• Labuan Federal Territory

In the initial revelation, the Holy Spirit impressed upon Pastor George Varughese that there are hotspots of heaven in different nations. Hotspots are epicentres of God invasion in the past, where God allowed for His manifested presence in these areas with the evidence of signs from heaven followed by miracles. 

On 22 June 2016, the Holy Spirit impressed upon Pastor George Varughese to start “The Church Called Transformation.” The Church Called Transformation is not a physical church but a movement to build the body of Jesus Christ by building in partnership with leaders all across the country and abroad. This movement is not to create a schism or to start a new individualistic church but to build the global church of Jesus Christ.

As the recipient of this mandate, Pastor George Varughese is seeking in prayer for God to connect him with strategic leaders all across the nation beyond any homogenous mix to build with God.

For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind. Isaiah 65:17 (KJV).
