The Present Reality

1. Our nett-self-worth cannot be quantified. Many beliebers try to measure up with other who always have more.

2. Come to the place of gratefulness.

3. We cannot be satisfied by measuring up with definition of life according to the world.

The Way Forward: 

1. Be in a place of abundance despite the little or much

⁶ But this I say: He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. ⁷ So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver. ⁸ And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work. 2 Corinthians 9:6-8

2. Be grateful in God and express it!

• I will praise You with my whole heart;
  Before the gods I will sing praises to You. Psalms 138:1
• The Lord will perfect that which concerns me;
  Your mercy, O Lord, endures forever;
  Do not forsake the works of Your hands. Psalms 138:8

3. Stop running the rat race that we cannot sustain

4. Arrive at the place of contentment, that is to have a sense of being ‘full’ with all that we have that God has blessed us with.

⁶ Now godliness with contentment is great gain. ⁷ For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain^[a] we can carry nothing out. ⁸ And having food and clothing, with these we shall be content. ⁹ But those who desire to be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and harmful lusts which drown men in destruction and perdition. ¹⁰ For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil, for which some have strayed from the faith in their greediness, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows. 1 Timothy 6:6-10
