Rev. George Varughese serves as an Itinerant Minister and co-laborer in Life Changing Factory International Ministries alongside his wife, Mrs. Lethisia Mary Varughese. United in calling and vision, they are committed to holistic ministry—believing that personal transformation is the cornerstone for building vibrant, Spirit-filled church communities.
Answering God’s call in the late 1990s, Rev. Varughese dedicated himself to sharing the message of hope, healing, and redemption with communities in need. Over the years, he has served as a pastor, evangelist, mentor, and prophetic voice, faithfully proclaiming Christ crucified and risen.
His life and ministry are deeply inspired by the words of Ezekiel 37:4–6, which call him to speak life into dry bones so that, by the breath of the Spirit, what was once dead may be revived into living testimonies of God’s power.
With over two decades of ministry experience, he is recognized as a senior minister of integrity and sound doctrine, known for his prophetic preaching that ignites hearts toward transformation. Beginnings of Ministry
Rev. George Varughese honours The Right Rev. Thomas Mar Timotheos Episcopa, a Senior Bishop of the Malankara Mar Thoma Syrian Church, as his spiritual mentor. Bishop Mar Timotheos identified him as a ministerial candidate in 1998 and guided his theological education and early ministry. The Bishop’s unwavering support has continually inspired and nurtured Rev. Varughese’s passion for his calling.

- Apostolic Ordination
Rev. George Varughese was ordained as an Apostle to affirm his calling to global ministry through the laying on of hands by Prophet Dr. Attah Asamoah of Kingdom Partners Network, Ghana, during a commissioning service in Malaysia in June 2019. The ceremony was witnessed by believers and senior pastors.
2. Ministerial Ordination
Rev. George Varughese was ordained as a minister through the laying on of hands by Bishop David Selvam of Shekinah Glorious Ministries, Selangor, Malaysia, during a commissioning service in May 2017, officially assuming the office of an ordained minister. The ceremony was attended by believers and senior pastors.
