BIODATA OF REV. GEORGE VARUGHESE (BRIEF)
[For use in church settings to introduce the speaker]

Rev. George Varughese, known in ministry as Pastor Bobby, serves as an Itinerant Minister with a strong revivalist calling, devoted to the “transformation of dead stones to life” (cf. Ezekiel 36:26; 1 Peter 2:5), for the glory of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Answering God’s call in the late 1990s, he has devoted his life to ministry, faithfully proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ—serving as a pastor, evangelist, teacher, and within a prophetic ministry context.
With over two decades of experience, he has been actively involved in strengthening local churches through preaching, teaching, discipleship, and leadership development. His ministry emphasizes spiritual renewal, repentance, and restoration, as the Holy Spirit conforms believers to the likeness of Christ (Romans 8:29), with a commitment to building Christ-centered communities grounded in the authority of Scripture (2 Timothy 3:16–17).
Recognized for integrity and faithfulness to biblical teaching, his ministry seeks to edify the Church (1 Corinthians 14:12), calling believers to holiness (1 Peter 1:15–16), steadfast faith, and obedience to God’s Word. His heart is to support local churches, mentor leaders, and raise disciples who will faithfully serve and advance the Kingdom of God (Matthew 28:19–20).
Rev. Varughese and his wife, Mrs. Lethisia Mary Varughese, are based in Malaysia, continuing to serve the Body of Christ with dedication and humility, equipping believers for mature and effective ministry (Ephesians 4:11–13).
BIODATA OF REV. GEORGE VARUGHESE (FULL)
Rev. George Varughese, known in ministry as Pastor Bobby, serves as an itinerant minister with a strong revivalist calling, devoted to the “transformation of dead stones to life” (cf. Ezekiel 36:26; 1 Peter 2:5), for the glory of the Lord Jesus Christ, believing that personal transformation is foundational to building vibrant, Spirit-filled church communities (2 Corinthians 5:17; Ephesians 2:1–5).
His ministry is shaped by the vision of Ezekiel 37:4–6, reflecting a call to proclaim God’s Word so that, by the breath of the Spirit, what is spiritually dead may be brought to life according to God’s sovereign work. Answering this call since the late 1990s, he has devoted himself to proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ—Christ crucified and risen (1 Corinthians 15:3–4)—serving as a pastor, evangelist, mentor, and within a prophetic ministry context.
With over two decades of ministry experience, he is recognized for integrity and sound doctrine (Titus 2:7–8), with preaching that calls believers toward transformation through the work of the Holy Spirit. His ministry reflects the truth of 1 Peter 2:5, that believers “like living stones are being built up as a spiritual house” (ESV), emphasizing the edification of the Church in Christ.
BEGINNINGS OF MINISTRY
Rev. George Varughese honours The Right Rev. Thomas Mar Timotheos Episcopa, Senior Bishop of the Malankara Mar Thoma Syrian Church, as a significant spiritual mentor. Bishop Mar Timotheos recognized his ministerial calling in 1998 and guided his theological formation and early ministry. This mentorship has been instrumental in shaping Rev. Varughese’s commitment to faithful service, grounded in the authority of Scripture and the faithful transmission of ministry (2 Timothy 2:2).

MINISTERIAL ORDINATION
Rev. George Varughese was ordained to ministry through the laying on of hands by Bishop David Selvam of Shekinah Glorious Ministries, Selangor, Malaysia, in May 2017, thereby being set apart for ministry in accordance with biblical practice (Acts 6:6; 1 Timothy 4:14).

MINISTRY COMMISSIONING
He was subsequently commissioned for apostolic ministry in June 2019 through the laying on of hands by Prophet Dr. Attah Asamoah of Kingdom Partners Network, Ghana, during a service in Malaysia, reflecting the New Testament pattern of prayerful commissioning (Acts 13:2–3).

THEOLOGICAL EDUCATION
He holds a Bachelor of Theology from Malaysian Theological Seminary (Seminari Theologi Malaysia, STM), completed in 2002.
MISSION AND VISION
The mission of Life Changing Factory International Ministries is to lead people into life-transforming encounters with Jesus Christ through the faithful proclamation of the Gospel, grounded in Scripture and empowered by the Holy Spirit (Romans 1:16; 2 Timothy 3:16–17).
Its vision is to strengthen the household of God (Ephesians 2:19–22), in line with 1 Peter 2:5, through partnership with churches and pastors—equipping believers for discipleship and fostering communities that reflect the character and glory of Christ (Ephesians 4:11–13).
LEGACY AND OUTLOOK
Rev. Varughese has received ministry exposure across diverse church contexts and ministers from an evangelical foundation, emphasizing faith, community, and service in accordance with Scripture (Jude 3; Hebrews 10:24–25), to the glory of the Lord Jesus Christ alone. Guided by the biblical call to love, justice, and humility (Micah 6:8), he serves as both shepherd and servant, dependent on the leading of the Holy Spirit (John 16:13).
Looking ahead, he remains committed to the faithful proclamation of the Gospel among the nations (Matthew 28:18–20), with a vision to see believers established in their faith and equipped to live it out in every sphere of life (Colossians 1:28–29). His ministry focus includes discipleship, the edification of the Church (Ephesians 4:11–13), and the raising of leaders who will serve with biblical faithfulness for generations to come (2 Timothy 2:2).
