The Author just returned from his short holiday from the land named as ‘God’s Own Country’ the State of Kerala. He was privileged to visit the exact site the Saint Thomas ministered the gospel message of Jesus Christ to a group of Nambudaris, a special priestly class of Brahmin, now housed as St. Thomas Kottakavu Church in North Paravur, Cochin. This truth that has remained buried was unearthed by the Curator who narrated the account of the Saint’s ministry that followed signs and wonders to prove the veracity of the message he carried; where he divinely caused water droplets to stay in the mid air which followed them embracing Jesus Christ which was the birthing of St. Thomas Indian Christianity.

The Author wants to debunk the lies by certain major Kerala-based church denominations that accredits the Saint Thomas as being their denomination’s founder as of AD 52. Very simply Saint is translated as Mar and Thomas, as Thoma, thus Mar Thoma is the Malayalam translation of Saint Thomas. Just the name Mar Thomas does not necessitates its headship to the Saint Thomas but is a generic prefix for all churches founded in Kerala , South West, India.

The Author wishes to express the naivety of world Christianity that glorifies Western Christianity at the expense of other sources of Christianity founded by each of the 12 disciples of Jesus Christ assigned to the various regions for which little literary evidences is available. It is his conviction that Asian Christians should be proud of the gospel that was proclaimed to their Asian shore, in India. This is not merely to glorify the Saint but to realise the originality of the gospel the Asians have inherited, as being one of the handpicked disciple of Jesus Christ the Saviour Himself, the Saviour of all mankind.
